How to Request a Payout
Traders with Simulated Funded Accounts who are eligible for payouts should submit an invoice by going to their Dashboard > Profit Share, in order for their payout to be processed.
Note: Our average processing time for withdrawal requests is 24 hours.
Please allow up to three (3) business days before reaching out to our Support Team if there is a delay in processing your withdrawal.
Eligibility for Withdrawal
To place a withdrawal request, a trader must be in the funded stage and meet the following requirements:
KYC verification: The Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process must be completed via the dashboard.
Trader’s contract: The trader must sign the trader's contract, available in the dashboard.
Payment details: The trader must enter the payment details in the dashboard.
Minimum trading days: The trader must have open trades on at least:
Apollo 11: Three (3) different days.
Regular and Swing: Five (5) different days.Minimum active funded account days: The trader must have had the funded account for, at least:
Apollo 11: Fourteen (14) active days.
Regular and Swing: Thirty (30) active days.
Minimum profit threshold: The trader must have accumulated a minimum of $100 USD in profits, to be able to request a withdrawal. Additionally, to receive the funds, the minimum rule is:
Crypto: $50 USD in profits, after split.
Bank Transfer: $100 USD in profits, after split.
Close all trades: Trading accounts with open trades will not be able to request the withdrawal.
Important: Once a payout is requested, your account will be disabled for trading until the Risk Team completes the processing. If your account is not automatically disabled, do not place any trades until you receive the final processing results.

Important Notes
It is the trader's sole responsibility to enter accurate payment details in their dashboard. Any errors or omissions may result in delays or cancellation of the payout.
Please ensure that you provide us with the correct crypto wallet ID. If you provide us with the wrong address, we will not be able to recover the funds.
Please use your own unique crypto wallet for payouts. No two traders should have the same crypto wallet, as this will result in the rejection of their requests - your account will be subject to investigations and/or banned from our platform.
