What is the Revival Feature?
The Revival feature is a new addition to Rocket21 Challenge's offerings, designed for traders participating in 2-Phase Challenges. It allows users to restart directly from Phase II if they breach their Phase II account. This saves time and effort, as traders can bypass repeating Phase I.
How Does the Revival Feature Work?
Eligibility: It is only applicable to users in Phase 2 of the 2-Phase Challenges. (Regular and swing accounts).
Activation: The Revival option is available immediately for 72 hours after a Phase 2 account breach within the Dashboard.
Usage Limit: If a Revived account is breached, it cannot be revived again.
Payment Requirement: Reviving an account requires a payment, as outlined in the pricing table below.
Revival and Challenge Refund Policy: After purchasing, the Revival feature cannot be refunded. Similarly, the Challenge fee becomes non-refundable if you successfully complete the Challenge following a revival.
How Do Customers Interact with the Revival Feature?
Dashboard Visibility: Customers will be allowed to Revive their account only if they are at the Phase 2 of the 2 Step Challenge. They will see the “Revive” button disabled if the Phase 2 account is selected on the dashboard.
Activation: The Revival option is available immediately for 72 hours after a Phase II account breach within the Dashboard.
Process: Clicking the "Revive option" button leads to a checkout process. After completing the payment, the user receives a new Phase II account, bringing them a step closer to the Funded Status.
