How are payouts processed at Rocket 21?

Timelines, minimum amount to request and more.

Overview

Traders with Simulated Funded Accounts eligible for payouts should submit their withdrawal request by going to the "Profit Share" section of the Dashboard.

Please note that traders must be eligible for withdrawal to submit a withdrawal request. Traders will need to complete the payment details before submitting a withdrawal.

Once you request a payout, your simulated account will be disable until the risk team check your account and approve your request.

Note: Our average processing time for withdrawal requests is 24 hours.

Please allow up to three (3) business days before consulting our Support Team, if withdrawal is delayed.

First Payout

  • 30 days since the first trade has been placed. (Standard Challenge).

  • 14 days since the first trade has been placed. (Apollo 11 Challenge).

  • No open positions, or orders.

  • The minimum withdrawal request must be $100.

Future Payouts

  • 14 days since the first trade was placed after the previous payout date. (Standard & Apollo 11 challenges)

  • No open positions or orders.

  • The minimum withdrawal request must be $100.

Payout Methods

  • International Bank Transfers

  • Crypto (BTC, USDT.TRC20 and USDT.ERC20)

Notes

  • We'll process all payout requests within 5 business days of the payout date.

  • Note that weekends and holidays are not considered business days.

  • We will only accept payout requests made through your dashboard.

  • A distinct wallet for each customer is necessary to ensure a successful cryptocurrency payout.

  • The minimum payout amount is $100 for affiliates

  • The minimum payout amount for Crypto and bank transfer is $100

Payout Eligibility

  • Traders must be verified before they can receive any payouts. This requires passing the KYC, and signing a Funded Trader Agreement.

Prohibited Sharing of Wallet Addresses

  • Sharing crypto wallet addresses between other users within the firm is strictly prohibited, as this can present an Anti-Money Laundering (AML) concern.

  • If it is found that you are engaging in any kind of malicious activity or sharing wallet addresses as it goes against our policies - your account will be subject to investigations and/or banned from our platform.
