From the 24th of September clients can also purchase evaluation in TradeLocker.


Receiving and Setting Up Your Challenge Account

Congratulations on completing your payment! You are now ready to access your challenge account details.​

Phase 1 - Challenge

We process new challenge accounts within 5 minutes of you completing your payment, and you will receive your details shortly.
If you have not received your Phase 1 account details, please make sure to check your spam or promotional folders for the message. If your purchase is confirmed and you still have not received your account details, please contact our support team via live chat or email.

Phase 2 - Funded


When you pass to our Phase 2 or funded accounts, you will receive an instant email with the credentials for your new account.

DX Trade

You will need to access via internet browser: https://embedded.dx-eightcap.com/ or https://prop.dx-eightcap.com/.

Your login credentials are the same for all DX trading accounts related to your user.

Suppose you have a phase 1, phase 2 and funded accounts.

All will be accessed with your login username and password. It looks like: R21123456789

The account number is used to differentiate those trading accounts. It looks like: 80871234

TradeLocker

Clients can access to TradeLocker via mobile, website or download the platform

Your login credentials are the same for all TradeLocker accounts related to your user.
