Account Inactivity

There is an inactivity rule in place for funded accounts. How do I avoid my account being breached by inactivity?

Updated over a week ago

What are the Rocket21 inactivity rules?

Any Funded Accounts that does not have, at least, one trade placed within a 30-day period will become inactive and archived. This applies to both new and existing accounts.

All trading accounts, for all platforms, also have an automatic archiving rule, to ensure our systems dedicated to active traders. With that said, we advise to not let your account unattended for more than 30 full days.

What type of trade do I need to make to keep my account active?

You are free to trade as you wish. Please note that these orders will also be considered for Lot Size Limit Rule.

What happens if my account becomes inactive?

Funded Accounts with more than 30 days without trades placed will be terminated by Inactivity Rule.

As per our policy, inactive accounts will be considered breached, and all associated challenge fees, simulated profits, or pending payouts will be forfeited. This policy is in place to encourage active trading within our community and to mitigate the costs associated with maintaining inactive demo accounts.

Where can I find more information?
