Avoiding Account Inactivity

Inactivity rules for challenge accounts and funded accounts. Please read carefully to understand how these rules affect your accounts

Updated over a week ago

What are the Rocket21 inactivity rules?

Starting February 21st, any challenge account that doesn't have at least one trade placed within a 30-day period will become inactive and archived. This applies to both new and existing accounts.

What type of trade do I need to make to keep my account active?

You only need to place a single trade with a minimum volume of 0.01 lot every 30 days to keep your account active.

What happens if my account becomes inactive?

Please be aware that if an account does not place a trade for over 30 days, it will be deemed inactive. As per our policy, inactive accounts will be considered breached, and all associated challenge fees, simulated profits, or pending payouts will be forfeited. This policy is in place to encourage active trading within our community and to mitigate the costs associated with maintaining inactive demo accounts.

Where can I find more information?

If you have any further questions about the new inactivity rules, please don't hesitate to contact our support team through our live chat or at [email protected]
