When will I receive my account after purchasing and how do I set it up?

Processing Time for Phase 1 and Phase 2 Accounts

Congratulations on completing your payment! You are now ready to access your challenge account details.

Phase 1

  • We process new challenge (Phase 1) accounts within 5 minutes of you completing your payment, and you will receive your details shortly.

  • If you have not received your Phase 1 account details, please make sure to check your spam or promotional folders for the message. If your purchase is confirmed and you still have not received your account details, please contact our support team via live chat or email.

Phase 2

  • Our Phase 2 accounts, however, take 36 - 48 business hours to get completed. This is because an automated review is completed within that time frame to ensure that there were no violations made on the account.

Voyage Markets cTrader Set Up

To access the latest version of cTrader provided by Voyage Markets, simply click here. If you encounter any issues during the installation process, the Installation Troubleshooting Guide is available to assist you.

After successfully installing the client terminal, log in using the account credentials provided, and you'll be all set to start trading.

Regarding your account setup, we'd like to provide some important details based on the email address used for the purchase:

If the email used for the purchase matches the one associated with your existing cTrader profile:

Your new trading account from Voyage Markets will seamlessly integrate with your existing profile.

If the email used for the purchase is new to cTrader:

If the email hasn't been previously associated with a cTrader profile, you'll receive a separate email directly from cTrader. This email will contain access details for your new cTrader account, including a link to set a password for your account.

To reset your cTrader password or if you've forgotten it, please click on the following link to begin the password reset process: https://id-ct.spotware.com/reset

Platform 5 Setup

To get started, traders can download the Platform 5 app from the App Store for iOS or the Play Store for Android.

Once downloaded, search for "BridgeMarketsLtd" within the app and select "BridgeMarkets-Demo". Upon selecting the BridgeMarkets-Demo server, traders will be prompted to use the provided credentials to log in.
