Requesting Your Affiliate Payouts
To request a payout as an affiliate, the minimum withdrawal amount must be $100 and only referrals 30+ days old are eligible for withdrawal.

Crypto (BTC, ETH (ERC-20), USDT (ERC-20), or USDC (ERC-20))
To request a payout via the affiliate portal in the Trade Hub, please follow this process below:
Log into the new Rocket21 Challenge dashboard here
Click on the Affiliate Dashboard tab on the left sidebar
If you are eligible for an affiliate payout, you will be able to click on the Request Payout button on the top-right of the Affiliate Portal page.
If the button is not enabled this means you do not have enough to be paid out yet and/or it has not been 30 days since your previous payout date
All affiliates must also complete our KYC/identity verification process before receiving their first affiliate payout. To learn more about the KYC verification process, visit the Trader Identity Verification Knowledge Center article.
A distinct wallet for each customer is necessary to ensure a successful cryptocurrency payout.
You will be able to see the details of previous affiliate payouts via the Payouts tab of your affiliate dashboard.
IMPORTANT: If you select crypto, please note that we use ERC-20 Network for USDC, ETH, and USDT. Once affiliate payouts have been issued, you will be able to see the details of previous affiliate payouts via the Payouts section of your affiliate portal.
